As Co-Founder of emPivot, Chace manages the day-to-day
operations of the company
Prior to founding emPivot, he served as field
producer for CNBC’s “Equal Time” and assistant to show host
DeeDee Myers; press aide to the Clinton/Gore 1996 Campaign; and press office
manager at the White House. Most recently, Chace completed a three-year
engagement with the Hoop Dreams Scholarship Fund as the organization's senior
associate.
As an active member in his community, Chace also has
served as a facilitator in local and international citizen diplomatic summits
such as the Global Forum of Religious and Parliamentary Leaders for Human
Survival in Moscow, 1990; the Seeds of Hope Conference in Belfast, Northern Ireland;
the Citizen Peace-Building Conference through the University of California at
Irvine in 2000 and 2001; and the Citizen Summit II, a Washington, DC,
government event, in 2003. Chace comes to the effort as Principal of Ecofusion’s New Media Venture Division,
Chace works in this capacity building new media opportunities for the company.
Educational Background
Chace holds a Master of Science from The Institute
for Conflict Analysis and Resolution at George Mason University, a Master of
Arts from the Graduate School of Political Management at George Washington
University, and a BA in Political Science from the University of California at
Santa Barbara. Chace is certified as a mediator from the Northern Virginia
Mediation Service and certified in organizational development from Georgetown
University. Chace grew up in California but has been a resident of the District
for over twelve years. |
