Josh received a Bachelors of Science in Financial Management from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School Of Business. Since his graduation in 2006, he has formed several successful enterprises including Terrapin Ventures Tax Lien Investment Funds was featured at last year’s event.

In the 2008 e*generation CEO conference, Josh will represent GreeNEWit, a Maryland LLC which performs diagnostic home energy audits.

Our state certified green energy specialists perform a series of investigative tests to assess energy efficiency of both the home and it’s appliances, based on industry standards. Cost effective solutions and green contractor recommendations will then be given in our GreeNEWit home energy scorecard.

After the recommended work has been performed, we provide a free test-out service that will calculate the homeowners’ realized monthly savings, anticipated to be 10-50%*, on home energy consumption.
